Dag 1 var inte så värst spännande. Vi åkte vi ut till en ö i whitsundays, där gick vi iland och spenderade dagen! Därefter åkte vi till en vik i närheten där vi skulle vara under natten! På kvällen fick vi buffé serverat till solnedgången, en val siktades även vid horrisonten. Det blev en tidig kväll för att orka med morgondagen..
Dag 2 började tidigt, upp innan solen! Frukost serverades medan vi fick höra planerna för dagen. Med soluppgången kom ett gäng delfiner också! Efter frukost började vi förbereda oss för snorkling/dyk i viken, vi fick personliga stinger suits och wet suits att använda under resan! Sedan var det bara i och snorkla ett tag innan det var intro-gruppens tur att dyka! Inte så värst speceillt inne i viken, lite koraller här och där!
Då var det min tur att dyka! Vi fick lära oss några "skills" som vi var tvungna att kunna för att få dyka mer, tömma masken under vattnet och kunna hitta och börja andas igen om man tappade regulatorn! Det blev bara ett kort dyk i grunt vatten för att testa på lite, vilket jag tyckte var lite dåligt! Och det var då det här korta dyket som var gratis, nästa var man tvungen att betala för... Lite dåligt! Men men, efter dykningen bar det av ut till havs, mot barriärrevet!
På vägen dit hände lite intressanta saker, valar!!! Precis intil båten, simmade under och kom upp på olika sidor hela tiden. Vi fick även se tre hopp, det klassiska ryggplasket. Knölvalar var det förresten. Riktigt häftigt! Släng dig i väggen Kaikoura!!! Jag lyckades få med ett hopp på film, en av tyskarna fick en perfekt inzoomad bild på hopped dock... Sedan hände det inte så mycket mer, såg lite valar mot horrisonten men inte mer än så!
Framme vi revet! Alla aktiviteter påbörjades direkt, De certifierade dykarna fick åka ut först medan vi andra snorklade! Och det var ju inte dåligt det heller, skulle kunna bara ligga på ytan och kolla en hel dag och man skulle nog se nya saker hela tiden! Efter en kort snorkeltur var det min tur att dyka igen, 70 dollar fattigare gav jag mig ut! Vi gick ned direkt från båten, och ned på drygt 10 meter. Tror vi var nere i ca 20-30 minuter, riktigt häftigt! Allt kändes så overkligt, det var som att simma omkring i "hitta nemo"! Jag gillade det mycket mer än jag trodde faktiskt, får nog lov att ta ett certifikat i framtiden..
Resten av dagen spenderades med snorkling! Vi såg 3 hajar, revhaj och en annan "White-tipped" nånting nånting! Lite läskigt, en av dom kom ganska nära... Sen såg vi sakert en miljon andra fiskar, småfisk överallt i alla regnbågens färger!
Sen bar det av tillbaka till båten, kaptenen skjutsade förresten ut oss i gummibåt till olika ställen värda att se! Dagens aktiviteter var slut, och det blev ännu en middag vid solnedgången! Sen var det sovdags, efter en lång dag!
Sista dagen, upp innan solen även idag! Direkt efter frukost var det dags för snorkling och dykning igen, jag kände inte för att betala för ett till dyk så snorkling dög bra! Jag och två tyskar simmade ut strax intill båten, vi blev varnade av kaptenen för strömmar som gick åt ett visst håll så om vi simmade upp mot strömmen så skulle den ta oss tilbaka till båten sen! Men ack så fel han hade, strömmen gick bort från båten! Den var inte direkt stark, men vi kom en bra bit från båten så simturen tillbaka var inte kul... Kändes som fötterna skulle gå av! Han fick åka och hämta två fransoser som hade fastnat och inte kunde ta sig tillbaka! Men snorkelturen var fantastisk! Jag såg 6 sköldpaddor, ganska stora också, en var nog uppemot 1,5 meter! Man kunde simma riktigt nära, dom brydde sig inte utan kollade bara lite misstänksamt på oss med halvstängda trötta ögon!
En grej jag tyckte var häftig var all djupskillnader, man kunde ena sekunden simma 2 meter ovanför ett rev för att sekunden senare vara ovanför en avgrund 40 meter ned! Och man såg tydlig skillnad på fiskarna, ute på djupare vatten fanns de stora grabbarna...
Då var det dags för hemfärd, 6 timmar tog det och det blev lite segling också! Mest för att visa lite tror jag, för det var inte mycket vind att tala om... Närmare hamnen såg vattnet ut som en pool, spegelblankt och klart!
Mer än så har jag inte att berätta, har säkert glömt något! Köpte även CDn med bilder från dyk och grejor, eftersom jag glömde köpa en undervattenkamera... De hade en billig man kunde köpa på hostelet, bättre än inget och det glömde ju jag bort såklart.. :(
Sa sag min lilla segeltur ut, inte helt fel ma jag saga! Efter det hande det inte sa mycket innan flyget tillbaka till Auckland, ska forsoka halla mig kortfattad annars far jag skriva resten av natten! Resten av tiden till hemfard kommer att/har spenderats hos familjen Barker, valdigt trevligt! Har varit ivag pa nagra smaresor, bland annat akte jag och Bella ut till en o utanfor Auckland i nagra dagar. Kandes som att man kommit till nagot medelhavsland bara en timme ifran staden! Sedan fick jag aka med pa skidsemester till Queenstown, och att aka pa skidsemester utan att kunna aka skidor ar ju inge vidare... Sa jag fick helt enkelt lara mig! :D Ganska ironiskt att aka fran Sverige till Nya zeeland for att lara sig, men men. Tyvarr var det inte sa mycket sno som det brukar vara, men det var helt okej uppe i bergen. Jag borjade med att ta en tvatimmars kurs med en tokig japan, sedan forsokte jag bara haka pa resten av familjen! Det gick ganska bra tycker jag, efter nagra dagar kunde jag halla samma fart som de andra! Resten av resan var valdigt bra ocksa saklart, inte bara skidakningen! Vi bodde pa en resort 20 minuter utanfor Queenstown, dar man kunde gora lite allt mojligt. Vi spelade lite golf, gick till ett spa nastan varje dag osv, valdigt lyckad resa! :)
Har sitter jag nu med 5 dagar kvar i Nya zeeland, valdigt sorgligt! Ska saklart bli skont att komma hem, men det ar lite blandade kanslor!
Som sagt sa blir det har nog det sista inlagget fran mitt aventyr, sa jag far tacka for mig och hoppas att det har varit intressant for mina trogna lasare ocksa! ;) Vi ses hemma i Sverige pa mandag!
